Massage Therapy
Our office is proud to offer massage therapy by licensed massage therapists (LMTs). Our LMTs work in conjunction with our Nurse Practitioners to provide exemplary care for our patients. After an initial evaluation with one of our Nurse Practitioner’s, a treatment plan will be designed. Every patient’s treatment is different, comprised of the correct combination of techniques to restore their health and overall quality of life. Initial consultation for massage therapy is $120 and subsequent massage therapy sessions are $90. Package pricing available upon request.

SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique)
SMRT, or spontaneous muscle release technique, is a positional release modality used by therapists to naturally and easily prompt the client’s body to regain homeostasis. SMRT uses passive contraction of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue to work directly with the proprioceptors within these structures. In response, the client’s body will move toward its most comfortable, balanced state.
Benefits of SMRT:
- faster results done in a small, slow, controlled fashion with little to no pain for the client
- effective and lasting treatment
- decreased inflammation and increased movement
- gets to deep tissues without “digging deep”
- addresses structures beyond muscles, including ligaments, tendons, and fascia
